Henry Steadman, a Florida plastic surgeon with a successful practice is stopped by the local police for a minor traffic violation.  He is released and about to leave when he sees a car pull up and shoot the police officer point blank.   He then becomes the target of a man hunt.  Everything appears to be stacked against him as he makes a desperate attempt to save his daughter from harm.
