Crash & Burn by Lisa Gardner

This author is one that has written many stories that held my attention in the past. This latest entry was a bit slow at times.  Nevertheless, I read it in its' entireity.

The story opens with a single car accident.   Nicole Frank manages to disengage herself from the vehicle.  When the police find her, she reeks of scotch and is calling out for a child named Vero.
The police interrogate her, along with her husband and something just doesn't seem plausible.

As the story progresses, the reader is taken to construing many different scenariors but you'll have to read it to the end to find out the answers.

I wouldn't discount this book.  Suffice to say if you're a Lisa Gardner fan, you'll want to read it. I will say it is not my favorite in her repitoire.

Ladybookbug!
