Helpless by Daniel Palmer

A new entry for me in the world of mysteries, Daniel Palmer has written a story with all the twists and turns of cyberspace.

Former Navy Seal Tom Hawkins is a coach at the local high school. He is very proud of his winning girls soccer team. Suddenly his ex-wife is murdered and he has sole custody of his teenage daughter.

Tom begins getting sexually explicit photos on his cell phone. In addition rumors abound that he is having an intimate relationship with a member of the soccer team.

Tom claims he is being set up. He enlists the aid of a friend who is an attorney.

This author keeps us guessing. We wonder if Tom is guilty or telling the truth and we don't discover what is really happening until the end of the book.

A mediocre mystery.
