Well, she’s done it again! Taken a controversial topic and built a story around it.
In this case it’s Aspergers Syndrome. Jacob Hunt is an 18-year old boy who has the condition. He lives with his mother, Emma, and his brother Theo.

He is working with a tutor when a terrible tragedy occurs. This results in a trial and the reader is familiarized with all of the participants in the case. Interspersed among the characters are brief synopses of other cases that have occurred throughout history.

This author REALLY researches her topics thoroughly. This book is no exception. Her attention to detail is remarkable. Even if there were no story to follow, this book is chock full of information about a topic that leaves many of us in the dark.

Even if you’ve read all of this author’s books, you’ll not want to miss this one.
