This novel is the beginning of a new series by this author featuring Evan Smoak. If this first entry is a determining factor, future books are sure to be fast moving and entertaining. The author infuses quite a bit of technical information into this work which help the reader to understand the complexities of undercover work.

I highly recommend this interesting and engrossing novel.
